Returns

Important: Returns are not free. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I return a product?

Yes.

If you are not satisfied with the product you received, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must include all corresponding parts and accessories and must be properly packaged.
• The product must have been handled with care and must not show damage caused by misuse.
• Products involving hygiene considerations must be properly cleaned before beginning the return process.
• If the product was received defective, the defect must be verified.

We reserve the right to charge return shipping costs to the customer.

Returns are processed within 7 business days. If all return conditions are met, the return will be officially approved within this period.

Please note: We reserve the right to refuse returns of products that have been used or damaged for reasons not caused by an error on our part.

How do I start a return?

If your order meets the conditions above, please follow these steps:

Email us at support@emmaandclaire.com and include:

• Your order number
• Reason for the return
• A photo of the product, if damaged
• Your full name
• Your address

Once we receive your request, we will provide you with the correct return address.

Do not send your package back to the sender address. You must contact us first to receive the correct return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

All returns must be sent, at the customer's expense, to our central warehouse in Asia.
