Shipping

We prepare orders for shipment within 1 to 3 business days after your order has been confirmed.

Orders placed during the week are typically processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on Friday evenings or over the weekend may take a little longer.

Once shipped, your order is expected to arrive within approximately 8 to 12 business days.

Restocking Policy

If your order is returned to us for any of the following reasons:

• An incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided at checkout.
• Delivery was refused or rejected by the recipient.
• The recipient did not respond to the carrier's redelivery attempts when redelivery was offered.

We reserve the right to charge a 50% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund.

Please note:

In some cases, carriers may provide an option for redelivery. If redelivery is refused or is not arranged within the timeframe specified by the carrier, the restocking fee will apply.

To help avoid this, we strongly recommend checking your shipping information carefully when placing your order and responding promptly to any delivery-related issues.
