4.2 Emma & Claire is not responsible for delays caused by external circumstances such as customs, strikes, or events outside our reasonable control.

4.3 The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

5. Right to Cancel and Returns

5.1 Customers have the right to cancel their purchase within 30 days of receiving the product without being required to provide a reason.

5.2 To begin a return, customers must first contact us at support@emmaandclaire.com and provide:

• Order number
• Reason for the return
• Full name
• Address
• Photos of the product, if defective

5.3 Important: Returns are not free. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia. The correct return address will be provided by email.

5.4 Products must be returned unused, with all accessories, clean, and in their original packaging.

5.5 Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will process the refund within a maximum of 7 business days.

5.6 We reserve the right to refuse returns of products that have been used, damaged, or do not have a valid justification.

6. Legal Warranty

6.1 All products are covered by the statutory conformity warranty established under applicable law.

6.2 If a product is defective, the customer may be entitled to repair, replacement, or, in some cases, a refund, provided the defect was not caused by misuse.
